Alana Brantley

With over two decades of experience as a senior economist at UNDP and the World Bank, Alana Brantley brings exceptional expertise in global economic policy and strategic leadership. Following her tenure with these international organizations, she spent 12 years as a senior partner at PwC, ultimately serving as the Global Leader of the Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs practice. Alana’s work spans critical sectors, including enterprise technology, defense and space, and fintech. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University.

Dr. Pierrick Bouffaron

Founding Partner, based in Singapore and HK

Pierrick Bouffaron is a seasoned corporate executive and serial venture builder with extensive enterprise management and investment expertise, spanning startups to multi-billion-dollar international corporations such as VINCI, BNP Paribas, Orano, and EDF. Known for his deep understanding of market dynamics and a robust global network, he excels in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth. His primary focus lies in frontier technologies, industrial tech, and fintech. Pierrick holds master’s and doctoral degrees from Centrale Nantes, Mines Paris, and the Polytechnic Institute of Paris.

Cédric Barrier

Founding Partner, based in Europe

Cédric Barrier is a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in education and technology, with a strong focus on shaping the future of finance through cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0, as well as related AI, cybersecurity, and IoT innovations. Cédric supports the portfolio’s cross-border European expansion by identifying technology gaps, building commercial partnerships, securing new investors, and facilitating fundraising. Before co-founding Entropia Capital, Cédric spent several years in China. He holds an engineering degree from École des Mines Saint-Étienne and is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, English, and French.

Jong-Mun Goh brings with him 20 years as an operator and an investor in the tech sector, focusing on gaming, edtech, and entertainment sports. Having built, managed, and sold businesses across four continents, he has advised some major cross-border M&A deals in the region. JM co-founded Niantic Ventures in 2021 and serves as Venture Partner at Brinc China.

Prof. Perrine Hamel

Scientific Advisor, Sustainability

Perrine Hamel is a Professor at NTU’s Asian School of the Environment, specializing in urban ecosystem services, ecosystem-based management, and water resource management. Before NTU, she was part of the Natural Capital Project at Stanford University and a co-founder of the Co-Risk Labs collective. Perrine holds degrees from Centrale Nantes and Monash University.

Prof. Pham Quang Cuong

Scientific Advisor, Robotics

Pham Quang Cuong is the co-founder and CEO of Eureka Robotics, a startup that creates software that allows industrial robots to perform high accuracy and high agility tasks. Cuong is a Professor (on leave) at NTU’s School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He graduated from École Normale Supérieure rue d'Ulm, Université Paris VI, and Collège de France.

Dr. Emilie Dinh Vedrenne

Scientific Advisor, NeuroTech

Emilie Dinh Vedrenne is a scientist at the University of Helsinki, specializing in neuroscience and innovation. After earning her PhD in Neuroscience from Aix-Marseille University, she gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector and contributed to several startups. Her work bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and practical solutions for real-world challenges.

Brice Degeyter

Brice Degeyter is an impact entrepreneur. He founded Bizsu in Singapore with the vision of developing net-zero cities in Southeast Asia. Brice is also a TEDx speaker, professor of entrepreneurship and sustainability at ESSEC Business School and NTU, and Singapore ambassador of the global decarbonization network, Top-Tier Impact.

Igor Vujic

Igor Vujic is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of expertise across R&D, education, and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record in leading high-tech ventures, including blockchain academies and data and innovation labs for MNCs like Safran and Thales. Igor holds Computer Science and Innovation Management degrees from ENSICAEN and PSL University.

Sean Ang

Venture Scout, Consumer Tech

Sean Ang co-founded SEADS and Garnet Ventures. He is co-president of NUS Alumni Ventures, an angel investor network centered around the National University of Singapore ecosystem, where it seeks to be a platform to connect NUS alumni angel investors to startups within the SEA ecosystem. He is passionate about developing disruptive deep-tech technologies from academia.

Quentin Alvernhe launched his professional media and television production career at Decideurs TV and Foundation Pictures. He later transitioned to web development, honing his skills at MNCs and boutique development agencies. Leveraging his expertise in content management, Quentin designs tailored workflows to meet Entropia Capital’s needs and oversees IT support operations.
